Wyndham Qingdao

The room was great. Breakfast was terrible, almost cold ! not worth the money. Plus, the staff drive you crazy about payment, they keep interrupting you whilst you are trying eat the breakfast before any residual warmth fades away, especially if your hotel credit has run out, they want you to stop eating and go to the counter and pay. Once you have paid, they interrupt you again to sign the already paid for bill !

Overall stay was amazing, the food was good. The staff was very polite and cooperative. Special Thanks to one staff member whose name i forgot but he was from France, He had helped me a lot during my stay.

Wyndham Qindao really exceeded my expectation. First of all, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. I was greeted with a warm welcome at the front desk and the hospitality is superb. The facilities are all exceptionally clean and satisfying. From several conversations with the staff, they have ensured their excellence in living up to its five-star reputation and in my opinion, it is well earned! The service, is really top-notch and thoughtful, from the welcome cookie, pillow menu in the room, before-bed snack, free sauna voucher (huge sauna!), to other services around the clock, were absolutely spot on and enjoyable. They Room Service Department even left a warm message, wishing me a great day (and it was indeed!). The breakfast was grand and inexpensive. At the end, they even helped me call a taxi to the trains station at a fair price. All in all, it was a marvelous time staying at Wyndham Qindao. I would highly recommend it to my friends and everyone I know. It is suitable for both business and leisure. (I am from Taiwan.)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beyond expectation. The hotel is totally renovated and looks so beautiful and modern.
